Gray Co-operative Memorial Hall
The Gray Co-operative Memorial Hall was built by the community during the early 1950’s.
The Grain Growers Association donated the property/building and volunteers re-used much of the material (lumber and hardwood floor) in the new structure. The plans from the recently built Kronau Hall were adapted with a few changes. Renovations/upgrades include; running water (1976), new shingles (1981), accessible ramp, bathrooms in the basement (1982), roof cladding, accessible bathroom on main floor (2013).
It is a lovely building that can hold 130 people and has a stage, kitchen, coatroom and basement with washrooms.
There is a beautiful lawn surrounding the Hall and it is a great venue for any event.
The Hall went through a major refurbishment in 2010 and has a clean, updated look.
It has wheelchair access at the side entry and a wheelchair accessible bathroom on the main floor.
It is available for rent for events.
